Summary

The Warriors book series is an incredibly well-liked series that has had a huge impact on the way that kids all across the world read. Kate Cary, Victoria Holmes, and Cherith Baldry Have an amazing way of writing these fantastic books that makes people understand the world of cats in a completely new and improved way.
To divide up the hard task of writing the books, Victoria comes up with the actual storylines, and then Cherith and Kate take turns actually writing the books. The first arc of the series takes place at an actual forest in England. The last arc of the series, however, is at an imaginary lake. And the second arc, it's in between.
I actually got just wee bit obsessed with the Warriors series myself. I feel kind of a special connection with Warriors because I can't have a cat of my own. The Warriors series just really touched me. It was like having a cat when I was read these books. I never wanted to leave the world of the Warrior cats. It was like a second home for my heart.
When I first started the first book of the first arc, I hated it. Isn't that funny? Now I am doing a school project on it. Anyway, I completely despised it. But that was only because of the first books prologue.  So, if you plan on reading the first book of the first arc, I recommend giving the book another chance when you read the prologue. Or you could just read the prologue after you've finished the rest of the book.
All in all, the Warriors series really is a great book series that many people everywhere  read and enjoy. I know I sure do.

Firestar's Quest

This one has to be by far my favorite book in the Warriors series. It is about one of my favorite cat characters, Firestar, goes on a giant quest to rebuild a whole other Clan that he didn't even know exsisted before this book. If you ever plan on reading this book or the Warriors series, I strongly reccomend that you read this book between The Darkest Hour and Midnight.
The book Firestar's Quest is very thrilling, heartbreaking, long, and just all around emotional. I absolutely adored it because one second I was all happy about a cat being chosen to be leader, but the next I was almost ready to cry my eyes out because Firestar and Sandstorm were leaving the Clans new home.
This book took me about a week to read, but I was absolutely devestated when the whole book ended. I would give this book a ninety-thousand out of ten award of all time. I think Erin Hunter Should recieve an award for this book alone.
I think that anyone who likes cats will adore this book to the very end.

Cute Kitty Art

INTRO

This is my how-to post. I will be posting about how to draw an awesome manga cat head, to go with Warriors, my theme. I reccomend doing this in pencil.

1: Draw a circle. It doesn't have to be completely round.

2: Divide the circle into fourths, but curve the lines to where the cat is facing.

3: Draw a smaller circle between the two bottom fourths.

4: Draw two eyes , one in each of the top fourths, fairly close to the small circle.

5: Draw two cone shapes on top of the head for the ears.

6: Draw a small triangle in the center of the small circle.

7: Draw two lines that connect from the inner corner of the eyes, to the triangle.

8: Erase all lines that are not supposed to be part of the cat.

9: Step back and admire your work.

See how easy that was? Now you know the perfect way to draw a cat!

Where It All Began

http://www.warriorcats.com/warriorshell.html

The Warriors series began with three UK girls. Cherith Baldry, Kate Cary, and Victoria Holmes, all have a love for cats and the outdoors. They all grew up with animals and enjoy writing the Warriors books. Cherith actually used two of her cats as characters of the Warriors books. The Warriors series is three within one. The three girls write the series as one person, they took the name Erin Hunter. The first be first book of the first series, Into the Wild, was published in the year 2003. The three Warriors series are called Warriors, The New Prophecy, and the Power Of Three. The Warriors series is a national bestseller.
While I was on the Warriors website, searching for information, I learned that Cherith, Kate, and Victoria are currently negotiating with companies about making a Warriors movie. They also say that if they do make a movie, and if it is a success, they just might make a Warriors video game. Me, personally, I really hope that they do.And while I can't guarantee anything, I think that when or if you ever resd the three UK girls book series, you might or will, too.
